About the Role

JES Travel Retail are searching for a "Brand Ambassador Lead" to manage a team of travel retail brand ambassadors in central and southern Africa.

Management of a team of experienced travel retail brand ambassadors in the Central & Southern African region.

Individual representation of global brands that are entering into, or expanding within the global travel retail sector around Scandinavia.

All portfolio brands have been carefully selected for their suitability to the travel retail sector.

Support from a network of experienced travel retail experts in 10 regional partner offices.

Global lead support from head offices in the U.K. and Germany.

Commercial legal insurance connected to all portfolio brand representation.

Consolidated financial management (commission, bonus and expenses) through the JES Travel Retail head office in Germany.

Individual representation commission rates higher than the global travel industry average. Remuneration for your regional team management through a lucrative commission structure.

Requirements :

Experience managing sales and marketing teams located within the region.

Travel retail experience across the main core sectors (airport, inflight, cruise, ferry).

A travel retail network.

English (written and spoken), other languages an advantage.

A team leader but who can also work remotely.

Availability, if necessary, during the 1st week of October to attend the TFWA World Exhibition and conference a part of the JES Travel Retail delegation.
