Key Responsibilities:


Identify, propose, define or aligned catalogue set up based on local markets stock, defining, pricing strategy, markdowns and focusing on healthy margins.

Define catalogue proposal per commercial event based on stock analysis, buying trend per category, gender, mix etc etc etc.

Provide guidance and demonstrate expertise in selling patterns, future trends Vs Sales and constant feedback to merchandising and brand team in the stock rotation and Sell through.

Review and analyze ST reports and suggest products price strategy and markdowns based on data driven analysis.

Foster an environment of continuous learning and value driven work ethic.

Ensure to have a clear visibility and alignment with markets and regional office related to stocks, products, prices and markdowns in line with the corporate KPI business targets and ambitions.

Determine relevant KPIs and drive results from multiple teams (Chile, Peru, Colombia, etc.)

Drive meetings with Merchandising/Marketing Activation and Digital Campaign and Promotions to plan key sales and commercial events.

Drive meetings alignments with Local Markets, Brand Activations, Campaign and Promotions to secure product catalogue and business mechanics per category.

The Export Local Markets & Travel Retail EMEA team oversees the distribution of Fragrance & Beauty products and Watches & Fine Jewelry in 30+ local markets and across most airports in Europe, Africa & the Middle East. 


Within the Export Marketing Department (Fragrance & Beauty), you supervise the expansion of our Data Capture systems in Local Markets & Travel Retail, building analysis and reporting systems to increase our knowledge of our customers, and implementing the CRM plan that ensues. You report directly to the E-Business & CRM Manager.  


Your mission consists in the following main tasks: 


·         Be the main coordinator of new Data Collect Systems rollouts, dealing with all stakeholders in Export Team and Europe Region – Business, Retail, Marketing, CRM, App/Product, Data Privacy Office, IT, Training….

·         Make sure all conditions are met to launch the systems in our Distribution – contractual, operational and that all field teams are trained and onboard.

·         Be a support in the run phase of these systems to ensure they are working correctly and develop the necessary corrective actions so that our client recruitment targets are met.


-         Be an advocate for the distinct needs of our area towards Digital & Data Regional internal stakeholders, to ensure they are addressed in their Data, CRM, and Product development roadmaps.  

·         Supervise the construction of adequate reporting tools (recruitment performance and client data analysis), considering the specificities of our distribution channels.

·         Perform routine qualitative & quantitative analysis to establish relevant client personas and share them to our internal Business & Marketing stakeholders to nourish their vision and strategy.


·         Be knowledgeable of CRM priorities, plan, and opportunities (channels, assets, formats…) as developed by Europe region.

·         Work closely with Export Marketing and Retail Teams to identify the right CRM priorities for the end clients of their respective markets / areas.

·         Coordinate with CRM and Campaign Management Europe teams to make sure the chosen campaigns are prepared to be sent in due date to final customers.

·         Perform routine qualitative & quantitative performance reviews of our CRM campaigns and diffuse it to our internal Business & Marketing stakeholders to nourish their vision and strategy.

Role Context:

The Solution Architect will be the technical authority, overseeing and providing high level solution architecture and design across enterprise systems, focused on our ERP – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and core applications/system.  You will be responsible for outlining technical solutions to support a range of key business initiatives within a dynamic business environment, supporting internal stakeholders and working alongside the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, Delivery Team, plus internal/external technical resources.

Upon approval of solution design, the role will involve collaboration with the teams responsible for executing the solution.  This collaboration is critical to guarantee completion of each project, and ensure the deliverables and artifacts are in line with the proposed solution, and each component is testable.  Focus will be given to ensure the artifacts meet and exceed the predefined requirements.

The role has four key objective areas – architectural ownership, solution design, data architecture, and process improvement & change delivery.

Department Context:

In July 2022, we replaced our core ERP solution, and are now beginning a journey to develop Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, integrating alongside other fit for purpose technology solutions to improve processes, drive value, and enhance our customers’ retail experience.

In 2023, the Technology department introduced an onsite-offshore model, thus widening the Harding+ and department capability to deliver cost effect solutions in a timely manner.

With a Digital Strategy roadmap in place for 2024, and the transformation programme underway, Harding+ has embarked on shaping the future of the Cruise Retail industry, by utilising and expanding our technology stack, delivering new capabilities, and user experience through both internally and externally facing products and service design.

What you will be doing:

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in the Technology space.  You will support requirements gathering and design & development phases, including testing, implementation, and any business change requirements.

Projects within scope will vary in size and level of involvement – from bespoke development and integration to implementation of a standalone application.  You will oversee the process from end to end, including benefits realisation and closure.  As Project Manager, you will define, manage, and deliver against project plans, adhering to the Harding+ project governance structure and working to a gateway approach – also supporting with continuous development of this framework.  Throughout the project you will manage stakeholder and business engagement, providing project reporting to steering groups and for Technology project governance.  In addition, you will be accountable for project finances and costs, holding responsibility for executing it to time, cost, and quality expectations.

This role is both internal customer facing, with cross-functional interaction from various areas of the business, and externally facing to third party technology providers and our cruise line partners, acting as a pivotal focus point for all parties.
