    and product trends and commercial drivers to understand the

  • Deciding the optimum assortment to match store and shopper

    profiles while ensuring market coverage, offering choice and

    encouraging appropriate trade up, to ensure that the ATV increases.

  • Worked with the design team to create a walk through store and

    category layout in order to improve the shopper experience and

    encourage more spend, which translates to more revenue.

  • The penetration is the key business driver for which bespoke

    activities & disruptive marketing initiatives are decided by me.
