The ideal candidate will be strategic & technically minded with a systematic & tactical approach. This role would suit someone with 1-3 years’ experience working in similar systems support role in a Retail or Ecommerce setting.
Front end system support (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and associated 3rd party services e.g., ERP & PSP systems, Email/SMS Provider integrations) across all Salesforce websites.
IT conduit for Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end systems and integrations to ensure site and environment stabilisation.
Work with IT, Commercial & Retail Operations teams to ensure product requirements are gathered and prioritised according to internal frameworks.
System subject matter expert to advise on fixes defined at channel level.
Ongoing monitoring of Navision feeds to ensure all data is being sent and received as per requirements and any errors are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Triaging and tracking bugs raised by global and internal teams, and raising with support partners/ internal teams as required for effective resolution.
Support monitoring for ongoing customer experience improvements across all sites.
Work closely with technical teams to drive multi-system process changes, automation, and enhancements.
Anticipate problems before they arise and propose solutions to ensure continued delivery of all workstreams.
Web ops support for managing the End-to-End third party on-boarding process and ongoing support and maintenance.
Working with external test partners for roadmap releases and coordinating and supporting testing and business signoff for BAU system releases.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years’ experience, preferably within an eCommerce/ content/ retail/ or travel business.
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field or similar discipline preferred.
Familiarity with Ecommerce and ERP integrations such as Demandware / Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Navision or similar platforms
Knowledge of the Project Management Lifecycle preferred and with experience of at least one of the following industry recognized methodologies/frameworks: Waterfall and Agile /SCRUM.
Specific experience of software and/or web QA processes including test case drafting & execution.
Experience with using MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and all MS office tools
Experience managing or using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaborative issue
tracking and Project Management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
Detail & data-oriented focus, with excellent prioritisation skills.
