E-commerce has been a significant growth channel across the globe yet it has been limited within the global travel sector. E-commerce currently represents 0.6% of overall GT participation but the amibition is to take this to 1.5% by F26. Digital is the enabler to a truly omnichannel travel retail experience and we need to ensure that we capture the shopper shift to online shopping and driving incremental growth for Diageo through the execution of unique E-commerce activiations.
To win we must be mastery in combing and using Digital Marketing skills, Digital Commercial skills, data and analytics to identify insights and execute unique digital programs/activations. Jointly own the overall E-commerce strategy (all channels) and lead the organisation to develop and execute the right growth strategies for Diageo in E-commerce with a specific focus in the APAC/MENA region Lead the relevant Account Managers in unlocking data insights and all opportunities across the range of diverse customers to deliver incremental sustainable growth for Diageo through Digital Channels. Smash AOP plans YOY, grow customers’ digital shelf as well as online share in value and volume Support the Head of E-commerce in providing the direction, tools and framework for Account Managers and customer marketing to win in ecommerce now and in the future Be the lead in the top 5 APAC/MENA strategic customers for E-commerce Support in the development of a Digital capable organisation including leading E-commerce trainings and refreshers, and using internal resources to share insights with the team
