Your ‘day to day’

  • Develop a product portfolio strategy based on market dynamics (consumer demand, competitive actions...etc.), lead terms negotiation with customers and all collaborators to ensure the deployment as of the agreed plans.

  • Exploration of new opportunities to drive business in untapped territories, prospects new locations and touchpoints in line with global channel development strategy and business priorities, builds business case for assessing future business growth potential.

  • Develop understanding of market trends, pre-empt competitors move and category development; capture, analyze and propose action plan based on consumer transaction.

  • Provide inputs to refine, enrich and validate a local pricing approach based on local and regional business dynamics (benchmarking against domestic pricing, local portfolio, consumer demand, competition, etc.); including recommendation for RSP and DSP and share it for approval of company’s Pricing Committee.

As Account Coordinator, the role holds responsibility for developing, implementing, and delivering B-F’s Global Travel Retail (GTR) sales goals, implementing strategies, processes & plans through effective key account management for the travel-retail customers in Mexico & Central America countries, working under the management of Latinamerica Manager.

Meaningful Work From Day One:

Key tasks will include working to encompass the development of Brown-Forman brands with UETA LATAM, Dufry Mexico & Central America, managing negotiations, securing profitable listings, building broad and deep customer relationships, optimizing merchandising placement, and coordinating promotional activities. The role will collaborate with Latin America Manager GTR and local management teams to support the expansion and growth of the Travel Retail channel, evaluate market conditions, and develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans. Recommend changes to provide optimal long-term financial return and long-term consumer franchise building for Brown-Forman brands while exploring new business opportunities across the channel.

What You Can Expect:

  • Create, execute, and deliver agreed P&L objectives.

  • Work with GTR and brand teams to execute agreed brand plans and budgets to achieve regional sales goals.

  • Follow development in Mexico & Central America region, analyze business performance, and suggest needed changes in regular business updates by securing best-in-class brand exposure & ensuring fair share within the spirits category.

  • Proactively identify profitable growth opportunities for the Brown-Forman spirits portfolio through merchandising and promotional activities, additional store activities, training, incentive & advocacy programs, distillery trips, etc.

  • Manage the B-F Brand Ambassadors across the Accounts (10-12 BAs, mostly in Mexico), establishing KPIs, measuring sales goals & ensuring in-store prime visibility.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage and issue certificates to enable sales of B-F Brands in the region

  • Identify and exploit business development opportunities with new and existing customers in all GTR channels.

  • Manage pricing recommendations within the region, providing category insights, LE & competitors' pricing strategies to support price increase recommendations.
