Personal Profile
I am a Trilingual Export Sales Manager (French, Spanish and English) with 10+ years background in the Fragrance, Cosmetics and Luxury sector. I’m French with German and Mediterranean background.
As Export Sales Manager, in 3 years, I multiplied by x5 the turnover of my region, working hand in hand with my European distributors, from 1.2 million to 6.5 million Euros, building good, stable and trustworthy relationships with them.
I am, and I need to be, passionate about my Job. I am bubbly, problem solving, sales and challenge oriented, customer focused, with great Customer service skills and I am not scared of being hands on.
I love travelling, I love being in the field, I love meeting people with different cultures and finding solutions to problems. I love selling, training people, finding solutions of how to improve the sales, the brand image and awareness in sync with the core values of my company. I am also a relationship builder: I work hand in hand with my customers, on a trust worthy and win- win collaboration, in order to make the brand grow nicely and on the long term. Today, I am looking for a company where I could stay and grow with and within it. Learning, growth and challenges are very important for me as much as the brand and company I will work for as they need to inspire me. As I am from a multicultural background, I am looking for an international role in an International Company. I’m resilient, passionate, problem solver and think outside of the box therefore I’m quite independent and don’t need micromanagement.
Since September, I have started a Bachelor in Marketing & Communication in order to validate my skills

11/2020 - 08/2021: Europe Sales Manager-Saphired (Paris)
Saphired is a company specialized in packaging (primary, secondary, posm (pouches, tote bags...), gift and shipping boxes) with factories partners in China. Starting from scratch I’m creating and building a customer base through lots of prospection and business development, targeting all beauty companies, small, medium or big, figuring out their needs and/ or projects in terms of packaging and see if we can adapt and match their requirements (material, shapes, timeline and budget).
02-04/2020: Consultant Freelance (Paris)
I was helping a small company specialised in mass market fragrances to develop their sales, create internal processes and build long term relationships with their partners for their brands.
09/2019- 01/2020 : International Brand Manager (Paris)
A Consulting company that helps other companies to have a foot, to sell and develop in Travel Retail (Airport, Inflight, Diplomatic, Border shops, Cruises) through small and/ or big operators. I was in charge of Dessange (haircare), Puressentiel (wellness) and La Sultane de Saba (skincare & bodycare). This was a sales-oriented role, where I had to find the right partners for my brands, decide the right strategy and the 4P’s hand in hand with the customer in order to be successful and build long term partnerships with the operators. TFWA attendance with me in charge of meetings with small and big operators.
04/2019-08/2019: Business Development Manager- Global Luxury Beauty (London)
A skincare brand targeted to woman 30+ concerned by ageing. The strategy of the brand is to go mainly on E-commerce (private sales, daily deals, flash sales....) and TV shopping channels. I am in charge of building the brand from A-Z, therefore my role is not only sales focused but also marketing focused.
