Lead quality assurance and testing initiatives throughout digital product sprints to ensure the feature definition, development and final digital product delivery meets the acceptance criteria outlined in user stories and features

 

To achieve our ambition we need you to share your skills and fresh ideas, this includes:

  • Understand product features and service delivery processes to be able to define business acceptance criteria

  • Define and document overall sprint testing plan, test cases and test data for user stories to enable verification of acceptance criteria

  • Work closely with engineers to carry out testing at various phases of delivery such as unit testing and regression testing

  • Autonomously execute testing in various environments within the planned timeframe to support product development

  • Log identified quality issues in detail in order to enable digital product teams to review and re-create scenarios and resolve issues

  • Assess quality shortfalls and determine severity of each to allow prioritization of fixes based on customer and business value

  • Maintain records of test cards and other test payment method usage to facilitate finance audits to prevent financial losses

  • Closely monitor status of any production testing and ensure production tests have no operational or revenue impact by voiding or cancelling production test transactions

  • Measure quality of deliverables and provide feedback and recommendations to product owner on improving team output

DESCRIEREA POZIȚIEI

  • Ofera asistență IT, depatamentelor si utilizatorilor interni in functie de solicitarile aparute

  • Rezolvarea incidentelor IT de nivel 1 si 2 (L1 + L2).

  • Transmite în mod corespunzător solicitările nerezolvate la următorul nivel de asistență precum si urmareste solutionarea acestora impreuna cu partile implicate

  • Ghidează utilizatorii interni, utilizand politicile si procedurile interne agreate, prin procesul de rezolvare a tichetelor existente

  • Colaboreaza cu utilizatorii interni și toate părțile implicate în soluționarea problemelor existente (IT România, IT Franța, Contractori Externi), oferă feedback și urmărește problemele până la rezolvare

  • Asigurarea suportului tehnic in vederea bunei functionari si a folosirii corespunzatoare a echipamentelor in cadrul sediului

  • Evidenta si inventarierea stoc-urilor de consumabile si echipamente la sediu

  • Instalarea si intretinerea statiilor de lucru din punct de vedere hardware si software

This is a client-side job. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo Specialist to join our team at Kreol Group, a leading distribution company working in multi-category FMCG across modern trade, duty free and e-commerce. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization of Odoo across different departments and functions.

 

We are open to both part-time applicants as well, but not remote applicants, as you will need to spend a decent amount of time on-site.

 

You'll act as a:

 

Project manager, being the PoC with the implementation partner developers and liasing internally for any departmental requirements.

 

Functional consultant, doing proper gap analysis and requirement gathering exercises with each of the concerned departments and handling any front-end configuration or Odoo studio work that can easily be handled without the need to trouble the developers.

 

Subject Expert. Conducting training for new joinees, answering questions and concerns from the staff

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to Odoo ERP software within the organization.

  • Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements for Odoo implementation.

  • Act as the primary point of contact with 3rd party authorized implementation partners, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring successful implementation.

  • Provide training and support to internal users on how to effectively use Odoo for their specific roles and responsibilities.

  • Execute front-end configuration tasks in Odoo that do not require external implementation partners but demand specialized Odoo expertise.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of Odoo, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements or customization as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Odoo, proactively recommending enhancements to optimize business processes.

 

Who You Should Be:

  • You have a strong background in implementing Odoo ERP software, within the distribution or FMCG industry.

  • Be Odoo certified up to v16

  • Possess deep knowledge and understanding of Odoo modules, configuration, and customization.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, coordinating with 3rd party implementation partners, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Proficient in conducting requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping to align business needs with Odoo capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support internal users on Odoo functionalities.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
