What you will be doing:

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in the Technology space.  You will support requirements gathering and design & development phases, including testing, implementation, and any business change requirements.

Projects within scope will vary in size and level of involvement – from bespoke development and integration to implementation of a standalone application.  You will oversee the process from end to end, including benefits realisation and closure.  As Project Manager, you will define, manage, and deliver against project plans, adhering to the Harding+ project governance structure and working to a gateway approach – also supporting with continuous development of this framework.  Throughout the project you will manage stakeholder and business engagement, providing project reporting to steering groups and for Technology project governance.  In addition, you will be accountable for project finances and costs, holding responsibility for executing it to time, cost, and quality expectations.

This role is both internal customer facing, with cross-functional interaction from various areas of the business, and externally facing to third party technology providers and our cruise line partners, acting as a pivotal focus point for all parties.

Job Description

Lead, strategise and oversee end-to-end initiatives
 

  • Support overall strategy development and planning for sitewide campaigns to drive Travel sales and buyer acquisition.

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate new buyer acquisition initiatives to drive new buyers to purchase on iShopChangi.
     

Lead 360 campaigns
 

  • Drive the conceptualisation, planning and execution of innovative fully integrated, 360-marketing activities to achieve sales, conversion, and new buyer acquisition.
     

Manage stakeholders
 

  • Be a cross-functional leader who can engage and collaborate with internal teams to get buy in from across multiple stakeholders to drive overall strategy and goals.

  • Work with external creative agencies and internal teams to develop and manage all marketing collaterals including creative, copywriting and proofreading of materials.

  • Prospect strategic partnership opportunities, lead in promotion structuring and execution to drive brand awareness, acquire new buyers and increase sales.
     

Drive data utilisation & able to optimize marketing budget
 

  • Manage & monitor the overall budget for Travel Retail sitewide campaigns to maximise marketing ROI for respective initiatives.

  • Manage platform CIR and P&L to maximise marketing budget and drive sales.

  • Derive data and key insights required to evaluate marketing initiative effectiveness, business growth and decision-making campaign performance and conduct accurate, detailed and timely analysis throughout

Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a (Senior) Partnerships Manager to join the Retail Partnerships team in Berlin to drive the strategic growth and performance of some of our key partnerships. You will shape the future of some of our most crucial partnerships and dive into exciting new collaborations, with a focus on the transit planning space. The role will require you to wear many hats and certainly not leave you bored!

What you will do:
 

  • Be responsible for our key retail partners in the transit planning space

  • Ensure their ultimate success by maintaining and expanding a network of relationships and managing cross-functional project deliveries

  • Work closely with our product teams to ensure our relevant technologies remain at the forefront of the industry

  • Manage the operational support team running launch processes for new operators on transit planning platforms

  • Support the supply partnerships and sales teams in identifying operators that can benefit from the retail opportunities you are creating

  • Identify and onboard new partner platforms that can leverage our transit planning technologies

     

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
