• Doubled the category turnover in span of 5 years with a CAGR of 12% in Liquor & 19% in Tobacco categories by leveraging market trends and sales data to facilitate product selection, pricing, and promotion decisions.

• Successfully implemented category / buying strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

• Developed and maintained relationships with brands and vendors to ensure availability of assortments at competitive pricing.
