Manager business GTR

Responsible for delivering business development and profitable growth of Travel Retail business operating in Europe the Middle East. This individual will be accountable for cultivating the relationship with our key distributor partner to ensure delivering net sales and operating income targets for the assigned geographies.


Key Responsibilities:


Achieve accelerated sales and financial targets aligned with our distributor partner for the assigned geographies in Europe & the Middle East

Identify & develop market plans for alignment with & implementation by our distributor partner to ensure success against targets

Conduct monthly meetings with our distributor partner to track progress against defined KPI metrics & deliver NS + OI targets identified in both the annual and strat plan process

Manage SG&A, trade funding and DME regional budgets to plan, working closely with Customer Marketing to update & manage

In conjunction with our distributor partner, Customer Marketing & Insights Manager, develop relationships with Regional customers in market to ensure continued growth through increased distribution, retail excellence, promotional execution and customer specific planning.


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major Duties/Responsibilities:  

Understanding of the Travel Retail Channel with knowledge of the driving forces for growth in Europe and total WTR

Strong and demonstrated analytical experience in category and/or insights

Can work with multiple data sources to identify the granular detail of opportunity in a concise and focused way to deliver a compelling business proposition. 

Thinks strategically and executes plans with excellence

Proven ability for driving business results

Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to business with a strong sense of ownership

Ability to build successful partnerships with stakeholders – internally and externally

Recognizes the power of building business partnerships to deliver outcomes across the strategic planning cycle (medium/long term)

This position requires up to 50% travel.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:  

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related FieldExperience: Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Travel Retail Channel required.
