A specialist consulting firm, operating within the mixed use, travel and retail property space are looking for a Director to join them, reporting directly into the firms impressive CEO. The consultancy have a global reach, working with clients across Europe, Asia and America providing a wide range of services from insight and analytics through to strategy, planning and commercial due diligence.
The Director role is an essential position within the firm. Directors have the ultimate responsibility for winning projects and developing new business across the globe, as well as delivery of projects to clients. Directors are also expected to develop and nourish internal talent as well as assist in growing the team.
This particular role involves working on projects in within the Travel Property space and previous experience within this is essential. This world leading division helps clients maximise their customers spend potential across all areas of their commercial offering. The Travel division focuses on a wide range of projects including commercial strategy development, commercial space and revenue modelling, retail master planning and design, commercial due diligence and bid preparation, and brand development and market positioning studies.
Client relationship management – building and developing strong client relationships to grow accounts and win work
New business development – Act as an ambassador to the business, to develop and maintain a sustainable client base
Financial and business performance – Create and implement project plans, costings and fee structures for clients.
People Management, leadership and team development – Lead a team of high calibre consultants, senior consultant and associate directors, developing on your own personal skills and abilities as well as the teams
Project design and delivery – Work to establish clients objectives, project scope and deliverables. Deliver the best possible service to clients.
Analytical Insight - Create insights from the observations of patterns, difference/similarities in data; overseeing and helping to structure appropriate analytical and modelling techniques
A proven track record of developing and winning business within a consulting environment, being able to bring your own client base to the role will be highly favourable.
A proven track record of upselling and growing accounts.
Proven experience of delivering projects within the travel retail property space, working with clients to maximise customer revenue.
At least 8 years of proven consulting experience with a strong track record.
Comfortable with large amounts of business travel, this role will require regular travel around the globe to meet with clients so this Must be something the successful candidate is comfortable with.
