This role combines P&L responsibility for the biggest airport retailer in the world, managing a team of twenty Retail Ambassadors who sell directly to consumers, and brand building opportunities that embrace all that is possible through an omnichannel approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Beat revenue targets (NSV) and profit targets (GP) each quarter.
Managing the A&P budget each month.
Managing cash collection and beating target (overdues as a percentage of total accounts receivable).
Growing Market Share in strategically important airport locations
Managing a team of Retail Ambassadors
Responsible for a diverse customer base that operates across all sub-channels in Global Travel Retail
Work in close collaboration with our domestic/local business on brand planning and supplies
Skills and Experience
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Commercial skills are critically important for this role. Experience in managing all parts of a P&L to achieve revenue, profit and profitability targets is necessary. Numerical and analytical skills are also highly valued.
Negotiation skills and an ability to create annual trading agreements are fundamental to this role. Experience negotiating price and investment to drive growth is required, preferably in the off-trade channel.
Communication skills are of paramount importance. You will have experience managing customers and working across a matrix structure internally. Written and verbal communications skills in English must be of a high standard.
Leadership skills are important because you are responsible for the Retail Ambassadors in the airport locations. You need to demonstrate that you can inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional results.
