About the Role
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the sales pipeline from identification to securing business, and then growing with those customers
Full ownership of business and tender pitches
Preparation of analyses and research on markets, companies and trends and regular internal reporting of the information, whilst managing all databases relevant to business development
Lead the content and concept development of product and marketing campaigns
Responsible for brochures, pricelists, catalogues and trade shows
As part of a small team and start-up, you wont be afraid to help out with any task thrown your way!
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
An entrepreneurial mindset with a team-player attitude
An independent work style that is detailed, solution-oriented and responsible
Work experience in long cycle business development with project management
An ability to understand, accept and adapt to different global working culturesSuccessful completion of a business administration degree or similar is desirable
Comfortable with changing priorities and matrix management.
An interest in economic contexts and an understanding of what is happening globally
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
The ability to live in the European UnionThe ability to travel (up to 10% of the time) within Germany and overseas
