About the Role

Responsibilities


1. Sales management

• Announce the brand decision to the field

• Manage store manager operations to deliver sales results

• Ensure store promotion plan execution

• Report the sales result & trend to Management

• Ensure counter POS operation & maintenance

• Research competitor’s promotion activity & sales trend and report


2. Retailer relationship management

• Manage and develop positive retailer relationship to attain best results for stores

• Ensure store promotion activities and the store renovation schedule.

• Ensure advertising in store material like co-op DM, store brochure, etc.


3. Store employees and training management

• To clarify staff priorities and deploy KPI to counter/ staff, target setting and ensure delivery on KPI

• Deliver brand strategy and engage staff to share the vision

• Manage employee cycle: recruitment, performance management, promotions, rotations

• Manage incentive payouts and schemes

• Partner with HR to ensure all policies and procedures are correctly managed



Qualifications

• Retail, FMCG, Luxury industry backgrounds preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in retail store operations

• Travel Retail channel experience advantageous

• People management of store sales team

• Fluent in English advantageous

• 4 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experienced with retailer ERP and CRMs

• Advanced in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
