Accountabilities
Lead and participate to the collection, revision and definition of requirements in Wholesale and Travel Retail projects/initiatives on an on-going basis.
Coordinate and follow up the implementation of Wholesale programs and projects (up to cost-benefits
evaluations), involving all necessary actors world-wide and defining deployment mechanisms.
Provide on-going support during and after any project deployment/implementation, acting as an alert function
anticipating possible issues/solutions.
Perform ad hoc/additional CRM reporting and analysis (sell in and sell out, valorization etc.) and Basel reporting.
Constantly collect feedbacks from all users (world-wide) addressing needs towards the relevant functions when
necessary or providing answers to users.
Collect any Training needs and share with Sales Training Dept. to plan relevant trainings to Wholesale force.
Monitor policies and guidelines application, eventually understand and highlight areas/topics that are not
sufficiently covered by policies/guidelines, cooperating with the relevant departments to study and implement
appropriate actions.
Implement and constantly support the updating of the Wholesale network database cooperating with Financial Network Development and locals sale teams.
Support the manager in the budget preparation and revisions.
Support in the implementation of the corporate clients classification in the proper system .
Provide support to the manager in business market macro and micro trends analysis and world-wide consolidation.
Responsible for spot analysis related products, prices and commercial distribution.
Support the manager in the identification of specific areas of analysis, implementing tailored monitoring tools to ensuring an effective information system (quantitative & qualitative).
