Re-establish our Global Travel Retail Center of Excellence
Develop and increase our travel retail footprint globally, ensuring 360° orchestration and consistent channel management in close collaboration with our local Market and global Omnichannel Customer Management teams
Build and implement an effective roadmap, track progress thereof and ensure the achievement of our ambitious brand and financial targets
Brief channel-specific requirements to central channel team, drive the 360° alignment of the Travel Retail marketing activation and commercial plans across all partners to ensure a consistent implementation and customer experience
Responsible for the strategic partnership and account management of our Travel Retail Global Key Accounts
Set up, lead and develop a lean, high performing team
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree or similar education within retail
10+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and create an impact in a matrix structured organization
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial mindset
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach combined with a can-do attitude
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
