Key Account Manager (1412140)

Tasks & responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Prepare and maintain the annual strategic plan for Key Accounts for both sales and marketing investments.
Develop new travel retail (duty free) markets and grow existing markets.
Analyze the travel retail market business and monitor the sales and brand strategy.
Identify challenges and opportunities, leverage resources and propose business solutions.
Drive commercial agreement negotiations for all travel retail accounts to maximize return.
Responsible for customized assortments and assortment updates to travel retail accounts.
Work with marketing department to ensure that the travel retail accounts can take full advantage of all marketing support
Responsible for coordinating and implement staff training during field visits
Provide and implement company pricing policies in travel retail.
Provide forecast to management.
Prepare and review monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous year performance.
Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
The role as Travel Retail Key Account manager at REF is target driven and with high expectations on delivery. There will be many travels and at times it’s required that you travel or work for trade events, evenings and weekends, with reasonable notice given. As a part of our team you enjoy and contribute with positive energy and creative focus! You will report to directly to REFs Sales Director.


Preferred requirements:

Valid background and knowledge within travel retail
3+ years of experience in international sales
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge in the Office package
Meriting skills:

Great knowledge or experience of the professional haircare industry
Experience of working in CRM systems
Bilingual

You have worked with sales in a B2B environment or as a KAM preferably within Travel Retail

You always see solutions before problems.
Strong analytical skills: able to analyse KPI reports, turnover, stock reports and product forecast reports.
You are an excellent planner.
You have proven experience in handling big sales accounts and the development of sales strategies.
You enjoy travelling within your work.
You have a strong interest in cosmetics.
