P&L responsibility and accountability, Dedicated point of contact for airline, Develop and maintain a retail strategy that supports the business and brand objectives, delivers Spend per Passenger (SPP) growth and minimizes costs, Manage interfaces to retail experts, Oversee and sign off all initiatives and plans in Product, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Technology and Commercial, Stay abreast of developments in retail, customer experience and technology, Development and implementation of annual budgets, Development and implementation of performance improvement plans, Maintenance of business performance review models.
